I was wondering if any of you know how to change a gamertag. I want to change my gamertag to SmG Cookie.

Change it there. Or buy microsoft points then change it with that :)

step 1. Create a new @hotmail or @live email address at <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.hotmail.com">http://www.hotmail.com</a><!-- m --> (be shure to use hotmail or live)

step 2. go to <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.xbox.com">http://www.xbox.com</a><!-- m --> and signup using your new email address

step 3. log into halo 2 with the new email and password

step 4. go to home and select change gamertag (you get one free change because microsoft auto selects one for you)

step 5. create new gamertag

step 6. after creating new gamertag logout then log back in

then your done :) No need to pay for points when you can do if for free
