I need the admin's password and don't have it so I can't download it.

You shouldn't need the adming password. You would need it to install teamviewer I believe, just choose to run teamviewer instead of install it.

Click on start, type run, then type services.msc, look for secondary logon, right click then properties, and change the startup type to automatic.
