After you try the above....download CCleaner and run it....its free
there are better choices for cleaning but this is free...
run the cleaner...
run the registry cleaner...
click "tools" ... then pick "startup"
go thru the list and "disable" the lines that are not necessary..
you will need to google some of them to make sure...
take your time....
then defrag your rig...should help a little...2 cents..lol :up:
