I've seen people who could kill one guy after another, but usually their ping was like 67 or so and everyone else was over 300.
I've done that myself on a local server in Australia when everybody else is overseas. It gives you a huge advantage.
I have also seen someone with a ping over 500 killing everyone with lower pings, he was either very good or had aimbot, still didn't stop him being killed.

sometimes you would see a player floating in mid air or jumping higher than usual,running faster than usual vice etc...

I've been reading the forums on hackers/banning and now I want to know what you consider to be hacking.
For instance, there are several glitches in bloodgulch that allow you to get into walls, cliffs, rocks.
I have seen player "a paper-cut" do this in games on SmG m1. He is not hacking but taking advantage of glitches in the map.
I know this for a fact as I have been able to do this on my own lan game.
Do you consider that to be hacking? Can you also be banned for taking advantage of a glitch in the game?

this is a good question because I got banned in a server but still I do not know what I did. some time other members could be complaining against me but I know.. I did something like this my internet speed is sometime terribly slow so, If this happen while I am playing I vanish from the map and still play If I am do right thing when internet come back I should be where I expecting. not where I was before internet cut. so players could be think I am doing kind of hack to archive this

I noticed today that the hogs had been taken off SmG M1 and P-Cut chaos was quite miffed that they were gone so he left. I suspect that this was a paper-cut that I mentioned before and to protect his glitching he keeps changing his tag. Anyway he said he was going to talk to cloud to get the hogs back.
Personally I reckon the game is better without hogs because once he is in the glitch he just kills everyone unfairly. Also half the team deserts trying to find out how he did it.
Perhaps you should start a server just for people who want to try out glitches and tricks (and enjoy killing each other from them).
