So as some of you may be aware, currently in Britain we're readjusting after experiencing "The beast from the east" and now we're preparing for what's been called "The Worst Storm to hit the UK in 50 years", Storm Emma. We haven't had any snow in roughly 5 years and now we're suffering with blizzards and drifting snows causing complete havoc all throughout the UK.
Scotland is presently sitting with a red weather alert which warns of the most severe conditions, with the potential to seriously disrupt travel and day-to-day life. England is at an amber weather warning which means there is an increased likelihood of bad weather affecting the public, doesn't sound too bad does it? Well it is.
Picture it, roads frozen, covered in snow and slushy ice which is black from being mixed with mud, trying to drive and the car failing to steer to the desired direction, I know from experiencing this weather that although some people may be used to cold weathers and blizzards, after 5/6 years of no snow, Britain sure isn't. And thus begins our bracing for Storm Emma. Comment below if you're experiencing or if you've experienced similar conditions. (And goodluck to all my fellow Brits!)
I'm back! Did you miss me?

I hope you're all good my dude pls stay safe. D :
I've hardly every experienced snow in my life, but I have experienced a ton of hurricanes and flooding since I live below sea level. I mean I grew up getting so used to this to the point where I saw our evacuations for safety as family vacations tbh. I always enjoyed going to stay in hotels with the people I was closest with. Everyone tried to make the best out of the situations even though there was a lot of damage to a bunch of people's homes once we would return.
