Your hard drives seems to be good enough, it doesn't have a lot of space, but the speed is good.
Your GPU is the problem, I think.
What resolution do you play at?

I am not sure why, maybe lack of RAM, although 4GB should be enough, are you recording to your C: drive, or to an external HD? If not to C, record to there first, and move after if you need to, you will record better.
Also, what resolution are you recording at?

Iam recording it here C:\Users\Jay\Desktop\halo 2 videos
and for the resolution i didnt even know you can change this lol I have a 19 inch monitor (1280x960)
so on Bandicam I need to put it on 1280x720??

You're recording at 30 FPS, that is why your frames are dropping down to 30 ... : /

Omg I feel dumb now lol iam such a computer nub haha. I put it on 5 fps and works much much better now. Sorry Pirate about that and thanks for ur help bro.

I recommend stop posting, and you go throw your computer, at your own face. :P
Try recording at 60 FPS and see how you go.
If you record at 5 FPS you won't see anything, : / That is 5 frames every second ... It will be really bad.
