Re: Most powerful manga/anime character
Here's the thing, currently, from the recent movies of DBZ, we can calculate Goku's strength and endurance, but the the problem is that to pit it against One punch man is impossible. We do not know One punch man's full strength because he has never ever had to shown it.
The only comparison is that Boros is probably around the skill of Frieza since both are known to have conquered and destroyed galaxies. However, when Goku vsed Frieza he almost lost, however, One punch Man only threw one 'serious' punch to 'make the match worthwhile' to the enemy.
From the visuals, that punch had enough air pressure to part the clouds for around the distance of 1/4 of the earth. I probs will do some calculation later to determine how much pressure was generated from the punch. So we know, One punch man could probably defeat Super Saiyan Goku with ease, but with the current Goku, not sure.
Again is comes down to one has a limit, the other doesn't at the moment. This is almost like that Superman vs Goku thing. One can break through limits while the other seems to only needs to be as strong as required.
Superman shares quite a few parallels to One punch man, both are god amongst insects.
But can Ryner Lute actually see someone like One Punch Man or Negi Springfield who can both move at near light speed, all you're seeing is afterimages.

He has known he has had the ability to erase a person from existence by looking at them, since he was born. It is also a proven ability that it will react to danger without his awareness, causing whole landscapes to disappear.
He seems way to op.
To make it even more OP.
Its not even magic like the rest of the abilities in the anime/manga, its literally just a supreme power that no one fucking knows what it is.

There is nothing near that speed in the show however the ability states that it reacts on its own.

Re: Most powerful manga/anime character
I watch 1 ep of One Punch Man and didn't enjoy it.. Goku is badass tho... I believe he can defeat anyone....What about Kineki ( I think that's how you spell his name) from Tokyo Ghoul.

Re: Most powerful manga/anime character
Goku and krillin were both moving faster than the speed of sound when they were like 7 lmao. Anyways if talking about strongest anime character its Goku but in a 1v1 can't say. Superman is still stronger than any anime trash tho.
