Wouldn't be where I'm at if I changed the past. I'm content where the road took me.
With all that being said, I have made some changes that I was wishing for a long time. I quit smoking (pretty close to hitting 5 month mark of no nicotine and going strong) and I've been hitting the gym really hard and becoming more active. I've never felt better.
Honestly the becoming a gym rat is the best thing ever to battle episodes of depression.
