I mean even then why would they put anything like a ban, a lot of people are brought in from clickbait and those shitty channels, I don't know if Youtube etc would really ban them at all, and even with a ban in place I don't know how they would establish whats "clickbait" or not and there is still the titles that clickbait people.
It's pretty much 2/3 the community and 1/3 YouTube that could fall through with this. Yes, more effort from the community because YouTube barely puts any effort in its part as it stands. The basic fundamentals of this could be just to report said channel for malicious clickbaiting and impose guideline strikes, if this actually became a rule; and it really should be one. Hell, they demonetize for stupid reasons anyway, so why should the clickbaiters not be affected? YouTube is too biased now-a-days.
Kind of went on a YouTube rant, but that is a shining example. A lot of other places on the internet would benefit from a form of ban like that as well, but I think money is too big a factor in this.
