Catch some dratini...they only spawn on dratini in the safari zone.

I believe you can also hatch dratini eggs and their is a chance the dratini will have a dragon scale on it. My brother has a ditto and a dragonite, i'll see if he hatches any eggs with dragon scales.

He also breeds a shit ton of aron and larvitar and bagon eggs, in case anyone wants a pseudo you can buy one off him for pretty cheap.
