I honestly like greek better not for it being thicker just because it fills me up more. I don't mean in that way either I know what you're going to say. Regular yogurt it takes 2 or 3 to fill me up so yea plus there great in smoothies :D

Some people just don't have two or three in one sitting in them. Might have to abstain from it for while so they'll have enough, not to mention it takes some time for that many too.
