What the fuck are you talking about lol? Do you know what moral relativism is? Because you're actually describing it in your post, not refuting it.
That's the entire point, is that there is no objective standard for measuring an objective morality, and therefore the claim that there is one is a rediculous notion.
It also goes hand in hand with cognitive relativism, which replaces morality with fact (or absolute fact, anyways). Although it existed before it, it is sort of an extension of Hawking's Model-Dependant Realism, which states that absolute certainty is impossible (by the mere fact that you can question your own certainty), and that the only thing that matters is the data created through the scope of the model's frame of reference. Replace the model with individualized perspective of the world around it and you have a more accurate interpretation of what truth actually entails.
Of course there are likely social ramifications for such realizations, hence it's widespread rejection from the average populace, but this is more of a sociological manifestation of human desires for a working social system- something that should be subservient to the acquisition of knowledge.
