Ray it was funny the first 10 times but now its kinda annoying. We get it, your the badass plat but instead of acting like a ***** to everyone how about you try to positivly critize instead of being a fgt.

Liandrys actually doesn't give a slow but yea the hp, percent hp burn, magic pen, and ap makes it a very nice item even if the other team has low mr.

yea i meant it does extra dmg against movement impaired units (aka synergies with teemo's slow)
