Generally on trist rush ie with one or two dorans depending on how much sustain you need. Then get tier one boots at least before getting statik shiv. After those 3 it gets more situational. If thy have a lot of armor already grab a vamp scepter and get last whisper. If they don't have armor yet get you life steal item first. If they don't have very many high max hp champs grab bt otherwise get botrk. Then finish last whisper. Ou may need to get a defensive item sooner than your last item but it really depends on te game. Banshees ga and scimitar are all pretty good defensive items. If no one is being able to touch you at all just grab the other life steal item you didn't get already. Just my opinion may not be the best way but it's how I would build her
