What are these weird numbers, as players on the servers

These are the numbers---
SmG 02-1641545732,1091
SmG 05-1633288228,136
[SmGClan.com] Members Only Server----641545732,1091

Are these to test the server tools
or are these there, just to not let the server appear empty.... and thus they will appear on the list, If filters are "Dont Show Empty Servers" which is the usual setting...
