Looks like 10 other f2p fps games I've played in the past couple years... Why don't we start playing COD:Online as well or instead? ;)

COD:Online is Chinese. Is english mod available?

You don't need to read it. It's simple to know what things do if you're familiar with games and general placing, as well as trial and error. 

I can navigate the menus very well, change graphics, hotkeys, loadout, pick specific gamemode I play etc. 

I heard some people were working on english, but I never kept up with it, since I don't need english to know how to play haha.

Could also look at vids on youtube where people explain the menus and such. Or use a translate app on your phone that translates from photos like i did for signing up when it came out
