Lowkey... I'm not sure what your trying to say and I've read it four times, someone please help.

He's basically saying that he's been inactivate for weeks and the admins haven't demoted him because they haven't noticed due to him being such a low rank. He then goes onto imply that the admins only care about the higher ranks as he thinks that if they were to go inactive like he did, the admins would notice and demote them.
