Um here's a PC I wanted to build, ended up just buying one.
Motherboard: MB Gigabyte AB350M-Gaming 3 - 90$ (This is like the perfect one for this price. Its OC ready and that ryzen 3 should go up to 4GHz with the stock cooler, VR ready, has an M.2 slot if you wanna spend some more money for a SSD)
Processor: Amd Ryzen 3 1200 - 110$
PSU: Should be good if you find some bronze or silver supplies (if you want to spend some more find a modular one should make your life mush easier)
My choice: Corsair Builder Series CX 80+ Bronze 500W - 45$ 
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050Ti G1 Gaming 4gb GDDR-5 Oc Ready Windforce 2X - 290$ (This one is good should play all new games and you can overclock it, if you have a little bit more go for a 1060)
Memory: You can use and DDR4 memory (preferably 8gb), but if you are going for looks find a color scheme and go for Kingston Hyper X Savage - 94$, or G.Skill - 95-100$ 
HDD: Go for the cheapest 1 or 2 TB HDD you can find should be fine - 40-50$
SSD: If you have money left off go for a normal or M.2 SSD just to install the windows on it and make the bootup faster
Case: Go for any Micro ATX case that you like that is not expensive (Found some good ones around 30-40$)
I'm assuming you have a mouse, monitor, and a keyboard so I'm not going to tell you what to pick up.
The price of all of these is 710$ all together (found them from newegg, because i don't live in the USA, i don't know where you buy from) .
