343 Industries, commonly shortened to 343i, is an American video game developer located in Redmond, Washington.

Its name derives from 343 Guilty Spark, a character within the Halo universe.

Kant, anyone can do, all they need is Bungies data, it's all in the hands of 343i at the moment, and probably not going to leave.
Microshaft own Halo and say what is, and isn't to be done with the game.
If they give permission, and said data to a company to port Halo, they will.
But, the probably of them doing anything for a while, is slim to nill...
343i is too busy on Halo 4 and Halo CE:A to be working on a port, which would probably only take a couple months.
