Just gonna list of whatever comes to mind because i do not really have a 'top'

Cowboy Bebop is a good choice. If you like that try Tri-Gun (Love and Peace!)

People are raging about 'Boku No Hero Academia' for a reason check it out. If you want something darker but powers and stuff try Darker than Black (never finished it but was decent)

Detective Anime: Detective Conan is good to watch if your bored. Gosick i would also recommend. (Death note Sorta is here)

Oh and i got to put this in: Hitman Reborn. Its a Shonen the first 20ish episodes are a comedy before it changed direction. Ended up being really good.

Koroko no Basuke
Eyeshield 21 because Yah Ha

Eh i am sure ill think of others but there are quite a few long ones there so you should be set for a little bit. Don't really know what you have watched so i can't personalise it.
