This is Such a great post,and read.I too went through this when I was younger.I also am Bipolar,And used to self harm in my younger years.It takes a lot to write a post like this and girl you have my respect 100%.and yes the best thing you can do is talk to someone about it.I am also so glad to read that you are doing much better now.
