So let's get some debate going.
When is it okay to judge a person? 
Is it okay to judge a person by there outside?
Is it okay to judge a person of what you have heard of them?

I personally think that the way you dress and the way you represent yourself on the outside can give a good idea of how you are as a person.
I would judge a person for what they are wearing, but I would have it as a first impression kinda judgment. Until I get to know them. 
The same with rumours and other kinda stuff, its a little idea of who they are before you get to know them, but they are not hard to change.
