I think single player games are dying pretty quickly but that doesn't stop them from being my favorite. There isn't nearly as much pay to win/fun BS and most single player game companies nowadays put a lot more time into their games before releasing them because they aren't as rushed by consumers. My favorite single player games are skyrim, the tomb raider series, and the legend of zelda series.
