Sometimes players can skip or warp if they are using wireless connections at home. Their ping remains constant but the wireless connection is not as stable so even a player with a low ping can skip or warp.
Very annoying indeed.

Don't piss off old people.

The older we get the less "life in prison" is a deterrent.
