I am not the most skillful player in this clan but I was a recruiter because of my attitude and my skill, not just my skill.
Most SmG members are skillful enough to be recruiters but you need to have the right sort of attitude to deal with people who may pass or fail a tryout.

True dat...most ppl get all mad and think its the clans fault they failed...but yea Nukem is completely right

I think there should be a tryout for new Recruiters, just to hold any standard
