If I want to neg rep a staff member because they did something dumb or pos rep them because they did something good then I should be able to, otherwise there is no point to having the rep system at all for anyone.

Locking rep for some members of SmG is not the way to go, it should be all or none.

PS I don't care what other sites do, we are SmG we do things our way.

Nukems got a point. What's the whole point about the reputation system if we can't rep everyone, be it staff or an average member.
