2FA is 2 Factor Authentication. It's a more popular and stronger method of securing an account client-side. Essentially, if someone has your password, they still won't be able to access your account as they'd need a unique code from an app like Authy on your phone. These codes are often re-generated every 30 seconds. Here's some extra tips:

1. Do not use the same password on any two sites
2. You should try to memorise your passwords and not note them down anywhere
3. Use 2FA where possible
4. Use complex 16 digit (inc. characters, numbers, signs etc.) passwords
