lol, i beat my record and got a new one: 108, and it depends on how u do it. go down and stay there for a second and get back up (what i do), or just going down and up as fast as you can. For those who are at school, take sports in school like football or restling. they help you shape up. Even soccer and track, they shape up your legs.
