Well, I put the servers back up for now. Apparently when I first started my halo CE server, I just started it with a server 2k disc I had lying around. Turns out, SAPP isn't working on 2k, neither is XAP. And if I don't use any tool, I can't set the version to 1.00, where most of the CE players are. So I'm going to upgrade it to 2k3 soon.
