It is probably the charger then, get some tin-foil and rub the tip of the charger with it, not too hard, just a bit, and make sure it isn't plugged in when doing it or you will electrocute your self. :lol:
It may fix it, my friend solved his problem that way, rub the inside of it, just to polish the wires a bit.
