Well I know we call it "blue screen of death" Im running windows 7, it was already installed on the pc when I bought it. Ive never made a back-up but if this did happen to me. I would buy a w7 disc and put it in the tray and try to at least to get windows to open with it. Ive heard you can get a beta version on the net and basically do the same thing. Another guy went as far as to tell me take the hard drive out, flip it over and put it back on the pc then maybe windows will open. In the past ive set the pc in the closet and bought a new one.
