I broke the HPC one when I updated sapp but no one was ever on it anyway.
The HCE one can be activated but it requires a little work from Cloud so don't expect it up soon.

Well i could bring the popularity back up. The modded maps was probably the reason why it wasn't active, because the zombies can't get to the humans most of the time.
