Forum rank icon/watch vids on xfire

1) The forum rank i am on ->captain grade ii currently. I can't see any icon for it. It has this white box with a red "X" and next to it says captain grade 2. Can someone fix the icons for the website please :D
2) How do I watch video for XFire? Whenever i press the video i want to watch on, it shows a bunch of info about the vid, but no video.
