1. Open Minecraft and create a new profile that is version 1.6.4
2. Run it so it downloads all the 1.6.4 files.
3. Close Minecraft.
4. Open the Forge jar, select install for client and install.
5. Once that's complete open minecraft again and select profile "Forge" and launch it.
6. Close Minecraft
7. Navigate to your .minecraft folder via typing: "%appdata%" into your search bar.
8. Copy the Folders that are in "Pixelmon 3.0.4.zip" into .minecraft
9. Copy the "Pixelmon 3.0.4.zip" into the "mods" folder.
10. Play Minecraft using profile: "Forge" and enjoy.

That's how you do it on Windows, may be different for MAC...

There is no %appdata% on my compooper. Help ;(
