Please provide this information. (Also at the top of the page...)

1.Please state the name you were using when banned(keeping any Alt letters, caps and numbers) followed by the server you were banned on.
2.State any other names you have used separately.
3.Please state your Xfire username. Not the nickname please.
4.Please try to state the approx. date and time you were banned at. If you can't remember it will take longer to unban you, please have patience.
5.Have you downloaded a cracked version of the game or actually bought the game. If cracked then your appeal will be denied.
6.Please state the reason you were banned or why you think you were banned.
7.Please state which server(s) you have been banned on.
8.Please state why you think you should be un-banned providing as much evidence as possible.

Once you have done this I can then check to see what may have caused your ban.
You would not have been banned because of the name "LungCancer"
