The Halo 3 engine is the basis for the free to play Halo Online game that is to be released for Russia. It is now possible thanks to modders to play from anywhere that has an internet connection. Below is a few links to get you started. Keep in mind it is an unfinished product. This is literally halo 3 with sprint and Halo 4 skins.

How to play Halo Online on your PC. Download from the following 2 links. The third link is the global network in which to find parties/host, and has region specific options.
