So today (well yesterday I guess as at the time of typing this it is 12:38am) I became part of a group at my university for a gaming/computer enthusiast group... We have to put a club plan forward to the uni administration but if approved we will get a few thousand dollars to build computers and get our own server unit given to us along with a room with a personal fibre connection (won't be slowed down by the university due to having our own cable coming in off the street)... We are currently working on how to build the computers for it for those without gaming laptops and well... We have that covered pretty well... Long story short I should hopefully be making the first ever club at my university and it will be online gaming and LAN parties and helping people with their computers and the uni will be paying for it...
