Roster Manager is not required anymore so it has been removed. The Roster Managers were promoted to Mod for this reason.
We have no need for Mod in training rank as all promotions can be reversed if required.

As for your award, it was decided that the majority of awards will need to be earned again.

Don't piss off old people.

The older we get the less "life in prison" is a deterrent.
