So it consists of the server and the client app. The server has to be hosted on your local ip (ipv4) and you gotto give a name and use the same IP to connect to the server. 
You can open multiple client instances so that you can send and receive messages.

Features

Client
====

1) You can start a private chat with a client if you double click on the client's name from the list
2) if you type "/tts" in front of a message you get voice messages (like in discord ) (Only in pub chat)


Server
====

1) You can start / stop the server (ofc xD)
2) Kick clients, to do this, click on a client name and click on kick button (can kick only one at a time)
