Demotions

With our change from clan to community, we are going to be revamping many aspects of SmG
One of those is demoting some of our staff back to member status
The following members are being demoted:
- SmG BlackHaze
- SmG Heat

SmG Kite has asked to be temporarily demoted for the next few months as he will be busy
