Here's the video, but in summary:

- Shorter seasons. Seasons will now be 2 months instead of 3.
- As a result, more comp points are rewarded per win.
- Elo decay for diamonds+ has been reduced and the number of games required to be played per week is now 5 rather than 7.
- Control point (KotH) changes in ranked. Rather than best out of 5, it will be reduced to best out of 3, just like quick play because matches were taking too long due to 99-99.
- Placements will now place you where you belong. They won't place you below where you belong.
- Queue times increased in ranked to make matches more even.
