Do I need to know my fat and carbohydrate intake as well?
Are there any other terms besides Proteins & Calories that I need to track or know about?
I just want to know the basics of a diet.
Also since this is my first post, rate it between average(1) and decent(3)
I bulked from 180 to 280 for football eat alot of potatoes rice pasta and eat like 300 grams of protien and consume alot of healthy fats i suggest avocados and aim for 5k calories then in a month or 2 move to 7k calories
