P.P.O.P for donors

it would be nice if we can add a P.P.O.P for donators (private part of server) with a voice channel, a text channel, and a bot that is muted to every channel except the P.P.O.P channels for donators

-this would also make it so that people would donate more

also make it so that only admins and donators can see it
