All-for-One, or One-for-all from My Hero Academia. While I like a wide range of the quirks such as the copy-cat quirk, I would have to pick greed, with All-for-One over all else. At least, I could take the quirks from the people who I believe misuse them and dole them out to someone I'd see fit, or at least work with a quirk that I could pass down to generations to come, and have them gaining multiple quirks with each new person to obtain it.
