Usually if you’re new to a game and you like it, you get other people from SmG to play it. If they like it then you can form a closed group upon it and then maybe if enough people play, you could recommend it to the staff and then get a clan/guild created in the game named upon SmG. (This is not the official rule set, it’s common sense that members have been following for years)
