well, a while ago i was playing gta v on an online server (xbox 360)
took my rank, went back to rank 1 and -2 million something in xp.
they closed the server right after.
thought it would fix itself after a while but it's been 2-3 months and it's still the same.
should i message them? or should i just wait for them to fix it? and have you experienced the same?

i'll take any advice i get.

yup must've happened to me at least 3 times, rockstar deal with this shiz all the time and get back to a report almost the next day, just make sure to tell them that it happened a while back just 4 extra info to give them :)
