Application to be a Member of SmG community has changed

We have decided to change the way that we accept New Members into our community.
The new process will mean that we get to know our new Members a little better before they are accepted.
New Members will be required to reach level 10 on Mee6 before their application will be considered.
This level may change later as required.

The application itself has also been updated to be clearer and redundant info has been removed.
