RE: What's the best horror theme related anime you have seen?
I liked Shiki and I think It's a great anime. I watched Another and Blood - C as well and I liked both very much.
Blood - C /Blood + series are my favourites but I wouldn't say there are so far in a horror genre, It feels more like a suspense or thriller, depends on the version I guess.
