Out of the 8 users on "Top Referrers" only 2 are staff. So no point there

"Forum Top Posters" is similar to above, only 2 of 5 are staff, and not only is Cloud the founder (obviously is going to have a lot of posts), but most of Phoenix's posts are from being a Member, so it would be quite unfair to remove him.

"Most Reputation" I can definitely understand, as it mostly shows staff/past staff. But for the amount of work the staff team does, i dont really care xD If your hard work gets recognized, you might receive reputation, that goes for all members not just staff, its just staff members have been here longer and thus are on there.

I'd say a nice middle ground would be to do a trial and extend the amount of users in each of the lists. As removing users who have worked hard over the years isnt exactly a nice thing to do
