First i would get a bomb proof fortified basement. Then i would get sun lamps, plant pots and seeds for growing my own food. Then i get get a bunch of bulk sized cans of soup, and a gas mask. I would also get medical utensils that are sterilized. An emergency first aid kit. Plenty of antibiotics and stuff. Also a shotgun with plenty of ammo.

I think that's about it.
